Collection from Wapping
Collection from Brave Coolers, Unit 2, Lions Court, 435 The Highway, Wapping, London E1W 3HT is free. Please contact us before collection so we can confirm stock and prepare your order.
Large or heavy items must be collected with a suitable vehicle. We can advise on access, loading and timing before you travel.
UK Mainland Kerbside Delivery
Standard UK mainland kerbside delivery is £49 inc VAT where available. Kerbside delivery means the item is delivered to the accessible kerbside or entrance point; it does not include carrying the item inside, stairs, unpacking, positioning or disposal.
Next working-day kerbside delivery is £69 inc VAT for selected UK mainland postcodes and selected stocked products. This service depends on order time, stock availability, route availability and access conditions.
Additional Services
Unpack & Position is £59 inc VAT where available. Remove & Dispose is £99 inc VAT where available. These services must be selected or agreed before dispatch and may not be available for every postcode or product type.
Please tell us about steps, narrow doors, parking restrictions, loading bays, lifts or access limits before ordering. If access information is missing or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or extra charges may apply.
Before Dispatch
We check stock and delivery availability before confirming dispatch. Commercial refrigeration products, cold room items and special-order parts may have different lead times depending on supplier stock and carrier availability.
Delivery charges are not free and are shown or agreed separately at basket, checkout or quotation stage.
