Applies to eligible UK mainland postcodes and spare parts or gas cylinders up to 15kg per parcel. Equipment values do not count towards the spare-parts free-delivery threshold. TEFCOLD equipment is delivered separately free of charge to eligible UK mainland postcodes. Restricted postcodes, heavier parcels and unclassified goods require a quotation.
Large equipment: collection or delivery quotation
Collection is by prior arrangement. Confirm the collection location and date before travelling. The collection option includes no delivery. For delivery, including next working day requests, request a quotation before payment. Availability depends on stock, postcode, order cut-off and carrier confirmation. Large equipment is excluded from the £100 free-delivery offer.
Brave Coolers supplies spare parts, appliances, commercial refrigeration equipment and cold-room products across the UK. Delivery arrangements depend on the item and order requirements.
Next working day delivery on in-stock spare parts
Next working day delivery may be available by quotation and prior confirmation on in-stock spare parts, subject to eligible postcode and carrier restrictions. Delivery charges and available delivery services are shown on the relevant product page, basket, checkout or quotation. They may vary by product, supplier, size, weight, postcode, access, destination and special-handling requirements. We do not state that all products include free delivery.
Maxkold next working day delivery
Next working day delivery may be available by quotation and prior confirmation for in-stock Maxkold condensing units, evaporators and refrigeration packages ordered before 12 noon (UK time), subject to postcode confirmation. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Delivery charges apply; check the product page, checkout or your quotation. Contact Brave Coolers before ordering to confirm stock, delivery availability and any access requirements.
Supplier and direct delivery
Some items may be supplied or delivered directly by an approved supplier. We may contact you to confirm delivery arrangements, access requirements or available service options before dispatch.
Multideck fridges and cold rooms
Contact Brave Coolers to confirm delivery times for multideck fridges and cold rooms. Delivery is chargeable, and the charge varies by postcode. Request a delivery quotation by sending your required model, delivery postcode and project details before placing an order. Large-item delivery may not be included in the displayed basket total.
TEFCOLD — FREE UK mainland delivery
Delivery is included for TEFCOLD-branded products to eligible UK mainland postcodes. Delivery dates are confirmed according to stock, model, access and supplier availability. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, islands and restricted postcodes require a quotation. Adding TEFCOLD equipment does not make delivery of a separate low-value spare-parts order free.
Large and commercial items
Large, bulky or commercial refrigeration equipment may require suitable access, a safe unloading area and someone available to receive the goods. Unless expressly agreed in writing, delivery does not include installation, positioning, unpacking, disposal of existing equipment or connection services.
Lead times and availability
Lead times depend on stock availability, supplier arrangements and delivery destination. Any delivery estimate is not a guaranteed time unless specifically agreed in writing. Please do not arrange contractors or site works until delivery has been confirmed.
On delivery
Please inspect goods as soon as reasonably possible and report visible transit damage, missing items or incorrect goods promptly, with photos where available. This helps us investigate with the carrier or supplier and does not affect your statutory rights.
