Returns & Refunds

This policy explains how Brave Coolers handles return and refund requests. It does not limit statutory rights that apply to consumers.
Before returning an item
Please contact info@bravecoolers.co.uk before sending anything back. Include your order number, product details, the reason for the request and photos where relevant. We will advise the appropriate next step and return arrangements.
Consumer purchases
Where you buy as a consumer, you may have legal cancellation, refund, repair or replacement rights depending on the goods and circumstances. Those rights are not affected by this policy. We may need to inspect goods or obtain information needed to assess a fault, damage, compatibility issue or delivery problem.
Trade and B2B purchases
For trade purchases, return arrangements may depend on the product type, condition, supplier requirements and any agreed quotation or account terms. Please contact us promptly so that we can assess the request. This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Parts and compatibility
Before ordering a part, check the model, serial number and original part number where available. If you need help, contact us before purchase. This helps avoid compatibility issues but does not remove applicable legal rights.
Special-order, installed or commercial goods
Special-order parts, installed goods, commercial equipment and cold-room products may require a case-by-case assessment because supplier arrangements, condition and site circumstances can differ. We will explain available options once we have the relevant order and product information.
Incorrect, damaged or faulty goods
Please report incorrect items, visible transit damage or suspected faults as soon as reasonably possible, with photos where available. We will investigate with the relevant supplier, manufacturer or carrier where appropriate.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be processed using the appropriate payment method after the relevant return or assessment steps have been completed. We will keep you informed.
