Warranty terms vary by product, manufacturer, supplier, product condition and applicable installation requirements. A warranty applies only where expressly stated on the relevant product page, order confirmation or quotation.
Manufacturer and product-specific warranties
Where a manufacturer warranty is supplied, the relevant manufacturer’s terms and claim process apply. “1 Year Manufacturer Warranty” is used only where that cover has been verified for the specific product. Graded, outlet and ex-display items may have different product-specific warranty information.
Making a claim
Email info@bravecoolers.co.uk with your order number, product model, serial number where available, a clear description of the issue and relevant photos or evidence. We may need further information or refer the claim to the relevant manufacturer or supplier.
Installation and use
Commercial refrigeration equipment may require correct installation, ventilation, electrical supply, commissioning or maintenance in accordance with product instructions. Any assessment is subject to the applicable product or manufacturer terms.
Your legal rights
A warranty is additional to, and does not replace, statutory rights that apply to consumers. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
