Product information and availability

We aim to keep product information, pricing, stock and delivery details accurate. Stock can change quickly, especially for supplier-stocked commercial refrigeration and outlet appliances.

An order may be subject to final stock confirmation, delivery availability and access checks. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative, revised lead time or refund.

Prices, VAT and payment

Prices shown on the website are intended to be shown inclusive of VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery, positioning, removal and installation services may be charged separately.

Payment must clear before dispatch or collection unless we have agreed trade account terms in writing.

Delivery, collection and access

Collection from Wapping is free by arrangement. UK mainland delivery is charged separately and may be kerbside only unless additional services have been agreed.

You are responsible for giving accurate delivery details, access information and contact details. Failed deliveries, restricted access or incorrect information may lead to delays or additional charges.

Outlet, graded and special-order products

Factory Outlet and graded appliances may have cosmetic marks, damaged packaging, previous handling or clearance status. These details will be described as clearly as possible.

Special-order, supplier-stocked and commercial refrigeration products may be ordered specifically for you and may have different cancellation or return terms.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights

These terms are intended to be fair and clear. Nothing in them limits your statutory rights where they apply under UK law.
