Scope

These terms apply to purchases and enquiries made through bravecoolers.co.uk and to quotations accepted from Brave Coolers. They cover refrigeration spare parts, commercial refrigeration equipment, cold rooms and components, graded/outlet appliances and related goods. Separate written quotations or terms may apply to installation, service or project work.

Consumers and trade customers

If you buy as a consumer, mandatory consumer law rights apply and are not restricted by these terms. If you buy wholly or mainly for your business, trade, craft or profession, you are a trade customer. Any trade-specific quotation, credit arrangement or agreed terms will apply in addition to these terms.

Orders, availability and price

Product availability can change. An order is accepted only when we confirm it or dispatch the goods. We may contact you where stock, specification, delivery or pricing requires clarification. Prices, VAT treatment and delivery charges are shown on the relevant product page, basket, checkout or quotation.

Parts compatibility

Customers are responsible for providing the correct model, serial number and original part number where available. Product images are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise. If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before ordering and provide the appliance or equipment details.

Graded and outlet appliances

Graded, ex-display, cosmetic-damage or outlet products may have product-specific condition information. Please review the relevant listing carefully and contact us before purchase if you need clarification. This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Commercial equipment and cold rooms

Commercial equipment and cold-room products may require site suitability checks, adequate access, correct installation and other conditions stated by the manufacturer or supplier. Supplier or direct delivery may be used. Any project scope, commissioning, installation or service arrangement must be confirmed separately in writing.

Delivery

Delivery options and charges are shown on the relevant product page, basket, checkout or quotation. Delivery can depend on the product, supplier, size, weight, destination, postcode, access and handling requirements. See our Delivery Information.

Returns, warranty and liability

Please see our Returns & Refunds and Warranty Information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including applicable consumer rights.
