Selection and fitting notes
Select wall thickness using operating temperature, ambient temperature, humidity and the required condensation control. 9mm wall is not a universal recommendation for every suction line. Confirm the product grade’s temperature limits before use.
Use the insulation manufacturer’s compatible adhesive and sealing system. Keep joints and terminations sealed to maintain the vapour barrier, avoid compressing insulation at supports, and provide suitable UV and weather protection where required outdoors. Follow the instructions supplied with the exact product grade.
