Engineer installation notes
- Confirm both the tube outside diameter and fitting form before ordering.
- Cut square, deburr and clean the tube and fitting without thinning the wall.
- Purge with dry nitrogen during brazing to limit internal oxidation.
- Use an approved refrigeration brazing alloy and protect nearby valves, insulation and controls from heat.
- Support the completed pipework and carry out the required pressure and leak tests before commissioning.
