Engineer selection and installation
- Match the tube bore to the actual outside diameter of the pipe.
- Select wall thickness from the design temperature, ambient humidity and condensation-control calculation.
- Keep joints tight and seal all joints, cuts and terminations using compatible insulation adhesive and tape.
- Use suitable insulated pipe supports and avoid compressing the insulation.
- Protect outdoor installations from UV radiation and weather using an approved finish or cladding.
