Factory equipment
Service valves, liquid receiver, filter drier, sight glass, fan speed control, adjustable HP/LP pressure control, isolator and prewired assembly.
Separately required / select for the installation
Compatible evaporator, correctly sized expansion device, control panel and probes, liquid-line solenoid and coil where required by the control design, pipework, matching insulation, supports and suitable antivibration mounts. Refrigerant charge, electrical supply/protection and installation consumables are selected for the system. Do not order duplicate driers or sight glasses without checking the factory assembly.
Engineer setup checklist
Confirm room heat load, refrigerant, evaporating and ambient design temperatures, pipe pressure drop and oil return. Check phase, earthing, protection and starting current against the actual nameplate. Follow the supplied factory manual for mounting, pressure controls, leak testing, evacuation and commissioning. Record operating pressures, superheat, subcooling, electrical current and defrost/drain performance. No universal charge or pressure settings are prescribed here.
