The TEFCOLD BLCB3X1 is a professional blast chiller/freezer for restaurants, hotels, bakeries, caterers and production kitchens. The touchscreen controller supports preset and custom programmes, while the supplied food probe helps achieve safe, repeatable cooling and freezing.
