Setup and technical documents
Position return-air and supply-air sensors as shown in the manual; select pump speed for expected condensate production.
Engineer selection and commissioning
Match condensate production to the performance curve at the actual lift, hose diameter and route. Do not assume maximum flow and maximum head occur together. Support the drainage, avoid kinks and allow service access. Follow the supplied wiring diagram and prove pumping, drainage and any high-level interlock with water before handover. Isolate power before servicing.
